Ramen Dai Kamata

Increased ramen large vegetables.It was delicious.Is the taste simple? It was relatively easy to eat.It may be just right to increase the amount of vegetables and noodles in proportion.Noodles are not too thick. The pork is thin. I wish I had one big one.

About the Jiro-style ramen, I entered the store with images both good and bad.It is rare with stainless steel counters, but the atmosphere as a ramen shop is one now. However, the depth of the counter table is more than normal, so there is no feeling of oppression. The order was topped with pork, vegetables, garlic and garlic. As it was around 23 o'clock in the store, it was chilling and a splendid figure appeared immediately before the eyes. I felt there was a lot of vegetable mischievousness, and I felt it might be better than other stores. The taste of the soup was a bit scarce for me, and I ordered garlic to make up for it, but the garlic itself was only a large chunk and it was not used well. I felt that if I cut and rub the noodles, the sprouts, and the soup, I would enjoy the change in taste. The char chew may be at the bottom of this series. It is not only thin but delicious. However, the wolf was my favorite.

My favourite Jiro style ramen in Kamata. The balance between thick noodle and sweet soup and fresh vegetables is really nice.
